Refund and Returns Policy

If your item is faulty or not to our standards, we will happily refund or exchange your product.

Our returns policy is limited to 30 days from delivery of your products. Items held for longer than 30 days, refunds will not be accepted. Due to the nature of some of our products being organic, there may be specific policies for some items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, with tags still attached, and in original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will refund or exchange for store credit within the 30 day period. 

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Please note we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on jewellery due to hygiene risks

Refunds are available for products purchased at full price and special discounted offers. A refund will be processed for the amount paid for the product.

We do not offer refunds on sale items. They are final clearance items. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
